Right after coming home from Catherine's,and washing both cars, we decided to set up the Christmas tree. It was really fun with being able to climb the ladder, and I felt like I was a store keeper hanging up the ornaments, getting ready for the Big Christmas Sale. Not really, but it was still fun.

This week we went on vacation to Catherine's house and I got some really cute pictures. I basically held the camera the whole time.
Here's a family picture- wink wink to Jamie- all we were missing was Aaron. And Lily just had to sneak her head in somewhere! Connor and Brenna were so cute! They would both say CHEESE! and smile really hugely.
And Brenna LOVED combing her hair, and would start combing everybody else's hair. And she would start thowing it, and laugh when I would pick it up. Luckily I got a few shots of her combing her own hair.

Ok. Here's what has happened over my weekend:
Friday: All-State Orchestra in Ames, IA, all day- Wake up time: 6 am, got home at 7:15 pm.
It was fun, and I think I'll do it next year if my friends are able to come, too. The only downside is that you get sooooooooooo tired! I was about to collapse after the concert.
Friday Evening: School Dance: 80's theme, 7:30-10 pm, leave and get there: 7:37 pm, got home at 10:10.
That was really fun too, but I ended up wearing jeans and a sweater which was a big mistake because it was SUPER hot in there!
Saturday at 10 am: leave for Nauvoo for the rest of the day, leave around 10 am, got back around 9 pm.
It was really fun at Nauvoo because I got to baby-sit with other people in the ward, and then I got to do baptisms for the first time, and I thought it was really fun despite the cold, misty outside where it's pitch black at 6:oo!
Sunday:
Played my viola with a friend who played her violin and we accompanied the choir in "Come Thou Fount", and it sounded REALLY good!

Here's a clue, she lives in our house.
As you know, my teeth dramatically changed to white after brushing my teeth over 15 times a day. Well, Alice did the same. Isn't she cute?
Just playin' around on the computor with the editing "thingy" and just decided to have some FUN. I got really into it and decided to "poke-a-dot" the picture. It's basically covered in poke-a-dots of different colors and shapes stratigically placed upon my face, shoulders, eyes, teeth, lips, eyebrows, and hair.

This is so fun!!!!!.................
This is REALLY fun!!!!!!!!............... I feel like a real photographer now, not depending on how the color really really is, but what I can change it to be, maybe to even save mankind one day! Have I ever mentioned I'm going to be a photographer when I grow up? If you get tired with one subject, you can always switch to another! There's so many subjects to choose from, who could ever get tired with photographering!

Yesterday we had our fall recitals. Notice how tall I am against the door. I'm almost as tall as Mom! Here are some before shots: 
Alice wore her elegant Halloween costume, which serves also as a Sunday dress, therefore she wore it to the recitals. She also wore the dress for the song, which was called Witches Dance.
Here she is announcing her song and name, which sounded like this: My name is Alice Bailey and I will be playing Witches Dance by Paganini. Pretty simple.
And here I am just after I announced myself sayng: My name is Elizabeth Bailey and I will be playing the 4th movement of the Sonata in G Major by Marcello. Once you practice it about 50 times, you get pretty used to it.

A while back, we found a stow-away under our sink. Brenna loved shuting the door, and then pushing it open and saying "hi", or "peek-a-boo". We never got worried that she was around "things", like poison that looked like tasty juice. We know she probably wouldn't drink it! She did this for about 10 minutes, and all the time giggling. Where ever you are right now Brenna- we love you!!!

First of all, the costumes: Alice was wearing a REAL mink coat over a beautiful lavender flowing dress, and I was wearing a coral-with-stars-all-over-it beautiful dress.

Here's a pumkin that we put in the window. It's also fresh cut by Mom at 1:00 PM because she looked out on the door-step, and there was an uncarved pumkin right there! So, here it is!

Since Alice went with a friend to a really big nieghborhood, she got a TON more candy than I did! Those would be gallon sized Ziploc bags filled to the brim with all different kinds of candy!! And guess what- lots of people gave out king-sized candy bars! I mean, kids are happy as long as they have candy, but it is kind of nice.......
